Hello I’m Karen, an award winning, Registered Nurse, Integrative Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach with over 35 years of experience in healthcare.

For over 10 years I have been integrating a range of therapies – including Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Nutritional Therapy, Homeopathy, and Health Coaching – to provide truly holistic, individualised care. My approach is centred on listening to your unique needs and empowering you to achieve the best outcomes for you.

With my unique qualifications, you only need to share your story once, saving you time, money, and the stress of repeating it.

If you’re feeling unheard in your healthcare journey or seeking a more comprehensive, holistic perspective, I invite you to reach out. Whether you’re looking for guidance on overall wellness or specialised support on your path to parenthood, I am here to help.

With advanced training in fertility reflexology and a Mastership in Fertility Nutrition, I specialise in supporting individuals and couples on their conception journey. Through the Moonbeam® Ho</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong>listic Fertility Method, I combine evidence-based therapies and coaching to offer a bespoke, compassionate approach to fertility and pregnancy care.

I would love to support you – let’s work together to create the healthiest, happiest version of you.

Struggling with Hormonal Imbalance?

I see you, I hear you – and I’m here to help.

Hormonal imbalances don’t happen without a reason, and together, we can uncover the root cause. Think of it as detective work – through an in-depth consultation and functional testing, we’ll gain a clear picture of what’s happening in your body. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan that integrates nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted therapies to bring your hormones back into balance.

You don’t have to suffer from PMS, heavy, painful periods, or other hormone-related symptoms. For too long, women’s health concerns have been dismissed, leaving many to simply “put up with it”. But you deserve better. Let’s take control of your health and find real solutions – because getting the answers you need shouldn’t take years.

Test, Don’t Guess

Understanding what’s happening in your body starts with the right insights. I offer a range of comprehensive tests that go beyond standard NHS screenings, providing valuable clues about your health. From advanced hormone blood and urine testing to in-depth microbiome analysis (oral, gut, vaginal, urinary). These tests help us get to the root cause of your symptoms – so we can create a targeted, effective plan for your well-being.

My complementary therapy journey

My 30 plus years journey started with an aromatherapy night class in Edinburgh in the early 90’s and progressed over the years to where I am now.

<span style=”color: #000000;”>For 13 years my journey included working for Midlothian Sure Start as their complementary therapist and healthy living co-ordinator. My biggest achievement was leading, developing and delivering the award winning project ‘A Good Start’. An early intervention programme that combined baby massage, weaning, play, baby brain development and baby first aid.

In 2008 Midlothian Sure Start won the Prince of Wales Integrated Health Care Award, which I was part of the leading team.

I have also been featured in my professional journals and in mainstream media.

Continued Professional Development

Professional Development (CPD) has always played an important part in my learning journey. I carry out over 100 hours of extra learning per year across all subjects to ensure I can provide the best care possible for my clients. It’s a never-ending journey…
