Hello I’m Karen, a holistic hormone and fertility specialist with over 35 years’ experience as a registered nurse, integrative medicine practitioner and health coach.

I combine scientific understanding with holistic wisdom to create truly personalised protocols that address both symptoms and root causes. Giving you the client a comprehensive approach to health that respects your individuality while offering genuine, lasting solutions.

For over 10 years I have been integrating my range of therapies – including Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Nutritional Therapy, Homeopathy and Health Coaching – to provide truly holistic, individualised care.
