Everyone needs a little bit of therapy and being in the garden is mine 😍
Seeds planted in the easter week are now ready to have a few leaves taken off and added to my lunchtime salad.
Microgreens are so easy to grow and are packed with nutrients.
It's also great to see the sunshine for a few days, makes everyone a little bit happier 😊

Just catching up after 3 days of teaching 4 different first aids, oh and having to rewrite one course on Thursday evening for Friday as l deleted it!!! ( even out of the recycle bin)
