When a new client comes and I take a full history, often it can be the first time they have been listened to fully.
I hear this feedback all the time.
I can see them connecting the dots as they explain their symptoms and what their hormones are doing at that point.
Many women feel that their symptoms have been ignored or minimised for many years. I see this often and have been on the receiving end of medical gas lighting for years (thats for another post).
This is one of the reasons why I am doing my Mastership in Female Health, as this can not continue to happen.
(The NHS is great for lots of things but they just don't have time for it all sadly).
Remember your not broken, your hormones are just changing.

On the way home from a fabulous 3 days in London. 2 days working at @thefertilityshow, chatted to so many lovely people looking for more information on how nutrition can play a part in their journey to parenthood.
Great to connect with old friends again and find out about new support networks like @fertility.action.

Happy Sunday, a little laughter for a Sunday morning, and another laughing sperm for my collection, love that they change the colours each year...
