A light for the end of baby loss awareness week.
No parent or family should have to go through the loss of a baby or child but sadly it does happen.
This year our family has one extra star shining, baby T fought for a month but just didn't have the strength to carry on, rest easy little one.
Sending hugs to all those that don't have that baby to cuddle tonight x

This week I'm on a 'Karen's holiday' as one of my clients said...
In London for @nikihutchison Launch Like a Pro event and added an extra day on.
As it was so lovely I went to Kew Gardens for the afternoon, to reset my nervous system after the last few weeks and to contemplate what comes next in the business.
Over looking the Japanese garden I took time to enjoy the peace and tranquility (even with all the planes flying over ready to land at Heathrow).
Shout out to @rollinwithlindsay_ their talk was so good and fun, sometimes you just have to say it as it is.
A 15 minute catch up with my cousin at Kings Cross, he ran from Euston to meet me, rounded off a fab 2 days...
And tomorrow ah wait and see..more excitement.

I'd call it more of a brisk walk than a run but whatever its called was good to finally both be in the same place for 15 mins after so many near misses in the last couple of years. Hopefully can manage a show next time.
14 days in a row, not recommend but it just happened and I'm still standing (just)
25 clients
4 first aid courses - 34 people trained
Cleaned up 4 lots of first aid equipment
Dishwasher went on 3 times withe the faces
Taught 2 classes on Aromatherapy & message
Spent a day in a medical centre giving treatments to the staff as part of their well being sessions
One 3 hour lecture on perimenopause as part of my Women's Heath Mastership
1 lovely walk for Fertility Action to start it all off.
And finally not forgetting the 19 loads of washing!!!
Yes I am now on holiday for a week....
