Is lack of sleep sabotaging your health?

Don't know about you but at this time of the year I miss the colours in the garden and the sun in the sky....
To put some colour back, why not make a colourful stirfry.
🥦Gather a rainbow of coloured vegetables (contains phytonutrients that are known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting properties)
🫑Chop the vegetables up into small chunks
🧄Add some protein -chicken, pork, beef, tofu, cut up into small chunks
🥕Place a little oil into a wok and fry to seal the protein, then add the chopped vegetables
🧅Don't forget to add some herbs, black pepper and soy sauce to add more flavour and bring out the flavours from the vegetables.
🥘Stirfry until meat/tofu and the vegetables are cooked
🍛Serve with rice or noodles

Random Act of Kindness Day
You never know what someone else is going through, always be kind and if you can do a kind act for someone then do. Remember even a smile, a hello can make someones day, you maybe the only person that notices them on that day, the ripple effect can be enough to change an outcome.
